§ 20-7. Removal of sand, dirt and grass or grassroots.

No person shall dig or scrape up and carry away any sand, dirt or grassroots, or shall cut any grass for hay, or for feeding purposes, from any street, lane or alley, within the corporate limits of the City, without the previously obtained consent of the Mayor and City Council.
