§ 20-42. Lewd houses.

If any house within the corporate limits of the City shall be reported and proven to be a resort for purposes of lewdness and prostitution, and that such use is with the knowledge and consent of the occupant or person in control or possession of such house, the occupant or person in control or possession of such house shall be punished as provided in section 1-9.
