§ 26-44. Required program participation.

All renters and residents of properties located within the City limits of the City are required to participate in the solid waste management program of the City. Residents of any dwelling unit or members of any establishment requiring more than one roll cart for the regular disposal of household garbage may request additional roll carts at an additional monthly service charge.
