§ 28-23. Purpose.

Access management techniques shall be used to keep the area's thoroughfares functioning safely and efficiently. The purpose of this article is to establish regulations and criteria for the number, location, design, construction, and maintenance of curb cuts and driveways, acceleration and deceleration lanes, and inter-parcel connection within the city limits.
