§ 2-221. Decal or seal on vehicles required; exception.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 36-89-1, every motor vehicle which is owned or leased by the City or by an authorized City official for City purposes, except vehicles used for law enforcement or prosecution purposes and vehicles specifically excepted from this section by ordinance or resolution of the City Council, shall have affixed to the front door on each side of such vehicle a clearly visible decal or seal containing the name of or otherwise identifying such governmental entity.
