§ 2-315. Amendments.

Latest version.

The City Council may amend the budget as it deems necessary during the fiscal year as follows:
(1)

Additions and subtractions from the original budget shall be equal so that the overall budget shall remain balanced as between revenues and expenditures; and

(2)

The amendment shall be by resolution.
