§ 32-23. Rate of levy.

There is hereby set and levied to meet the ordinary current expenses of the City an annual ad valorem tax as determined by the Mayor and City Council upon all real and personal property within the City. There is also hereby set and levied, for the payment of principal and interest on general obligation bonds, an annual ad valorem tax as determined by the Mayor and City Council upon all real and personal property within the City. Such levies shall be shown separately on all tax bills.
