§ 34-1. Penalty for violation.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-9. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 40-5-121, the Municipal Court shall be authorized to impose punishment in accordance with state law for convictions of driving while a license is suspended or revoked.
