§ 36-1. Scope.

This chapter is a part of all contracts for receiving utility service (electric, water, or sewer) from the City, and applies to all service received from the City, whether the service is based upon contract agreement, signed application, or otherwise. A copy of this chapter, together with a copy of the City's schedule of fees and charges, shall be kept open to inspection at the offices of the City.
