The Public Works Department shall be authorized to promulgate and publish such written
rules, regulations, standards, criteria or procedures as may be appropriate to effect
the provisions of this article, and shall maintain a copy of same for public inspection
at City Hall, 110 West Clark Street, Oxford, Georgia.
