§ 4-65. Unauthorized disposition of impounded animals prohibited.

(a)

Unauthorized removal from center. It is unlawful to remove any animals from the Animal Control Center except as provided for in this chapter.

(b)

Use of animals for research prohibited. No animal in the custody of the Animal Control Center shall be sold, donated, released, or received for any type of research or experiments.
