§ 8-43. Display of occupation tax license or registration certificate.
Latest version.
Any occupation tax license or registration certificate issued under this chapter shall be displayed in a conspicuous place in the place of business, if the taxpayer has a permanent business location in the City. If the taxpayer has no permanent business location in the City, then its occupation tax license or registration certificate shall be shown to any police officer of the City on request.
