§ 20-10. Moving or concealing city property.

It is illegal for anyone to obstruct, move, remove or conceal any property belonging to the City without first getting authorization from the Mayor or appropriate city official. Each day such property is held separate and away from the City or its constituted authorities shall be a separate violation.
